School Structure and Tuition
Structure
Our classes are organized into three different groups, based upon age
and ability, with a
student/teacher ratio of no more than 8 to 1. Our Monday and
Friday individual lesson days are from 9 am to 2 pm. Our Tuesday through
Thursday classroom activity days are from 9 am to 3 pm.
White Clay Learning Center also offers its families a variety of
options regarding the level of participation the parents wish to have as
Monday and Friday homestudy facilitators. These options are outlined in
the monthly tuition schedule below. We offer any second or third
child of a family a 10% discount on monthly tuition.

White Clay also encourages parent volunteers to assist us with our
teaching during the school day. A tuition discount is given to families
who wish to commit some of their time with us. Please
contact us.
Terms
The tuition is due at the start of each month. Tuition may also be
paid in full at the start of each year. Our yearly tuition is your monthly
payment times nine months. There is a $5.00 per day late charge for tuition not paid by the 6th
of each month.
There is also an annual materials fee of $125.00 per child in
K-3; $150 per child in grades 4-8 (grade 4 participates in the
Intermediate science lab). This fee is due
with your application. If space is available, this fee will also secure your child’s place on our
enrollment.
